The New Role will be involve traditional production planning skills with a focus on special activities critical to the growth of the organization such as implementation of Regulatory and Change Management, New Product implementations and Customer centric product development and improvement projects.

This is a well-positioned critical role.

Major Accountabilities

He will be required to Lead and interface with the Planning team and Marketing teams to

1) Ensuring implementation of New Product Validations program

2) Ensuring proper co-ordination for Change Management in product processes and technologies

3) Implementation of operational side of CAPA under multiple situations.

4) Coordination to resolve Cross Functional decision making and implementation of critical product / operational improvements.

Position Summary

This position is a role within the Marketing department with requirement of Customer relationship management, Market Analysis and internal project management capabilities.

You will be a key member of the Frontline Marketing Team and will assist the VP in Product and growth Opportunity identification in order to grow the sales.

You will be working closely with the customers and distribution channels to manage relationships, ensure good customer service and identify new opportunities

This being a critical and front line role will come with an exposure to the Top leadership.

1. Budget planning and execution

2. Customer/ distribution channel communication management

3. Customer service and logistics oversight

4. Order fulfilment planning and execution oversight

5. Internal CFT management

6. Market analysis and new customer / product / opportunity identification
